The Genova by La Focacceria Fiordiponti is a product made by hand according to the traditional Ligurian recipe.
The artisanal bakers work the dough by flattening it with their fingers (hence the typical little hollows that collect all the oil's flavor and aroma), it's leavened for over 5 hours and then it's cooked for a few minutes in high-performance ovens. The result? A fragrant product with just the right amount of oiliness and an unmistakable consistency.

Specifications
Product that is 90% cooked and reduced to -30° to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics. Packaged in cartons of 5 full or half trays.
Cooking instructions
Cook the product in a static oven at 250° for about 3/4 minutes. It is important to constantly check the cooking status. Brush thoroughly with olive oil.
Storage instructions
Store the product in a negative cold room at -18° for a maximum of 180 days.
