The Cereali is a fragrant and aromatic small, round focaccia, made with the same dough as the pan-cooked La Cereali. Perfect for filling, and particularly suitable for vegetarian pairings.

Cooked product that is reduced to -30° to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics. Packed in cartons of 32 pieces.

Cooking instructions

Thaw the product in the refrigerator for 2 hours. It is important to constantly check the state of thawing. Fill as desired and heat in the oven at 200° for 2/3 minutes.

Storage instructions

Store the product in a negative cold room at -18° for a maximum of 180 days.
