The Pizzata by La Focacceria Fiordiponti is a product made by hand, from the flattening of the dough to the filling. The unique feature of this Ligurian pizza is the use of stracchino, which is combined with tomato to give it a rich and moreish flavor. The Pizzata is suitable for any occasion. Cooking instructions
